I try to eat 5-6 smaller protein-rich meals with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, I eat my biggest meal of the day in the morning and taper off with subsequent ones throughout the day. This helps get the metabolism going and keeps the appetite under control. Obese people often eat less than I do, except they skip breakfast, chug sugary sodas all day, snack on greasy carb-laden junk food and then gorge before dinner and up until bedtime. By doing that, you are essentially telling your body to store fats and metabolize foods at a slower rate.</description>

I had the most success with Atkins, but I think that&#039;s only because I bet a friend $500 I could lose 60 pounds in six months.

I actually kept the weight off for a long time, but as life became stressful for me last winter, my old eating (and drinking) habits returned, and with them, the weight.

I recently started dieting again, but I find (convenient) excuses why it&#039;s ok to cheat on THAT day because I&#039;m out with the whole family.  This turns into more days, and boom! you&#039;re back off the diet.

I have a weight loss blog, and have been too embarassed to tell my readers that after 3 years keeping the weight off that I lost my will to stay fit (along with everything else I lost in my divorce).

If I tried this product and it helped to keep me focused, and lose pounds of FAT, then I would be able to recommend it to readers who have found themselves in a similar situation</description>
