Obviously when discussing something of a personal nature such as losing body fat, people will be sensitive to privacy issues.
I’m no legal expert, I’m just blogging about how I personally lost weight.
So you can rest assured that your email and anything you post about your experiences losing weight and diet tips will not me shared or sold to any other site.
I hope everybody feels comfortable posting their experiences on how to lose belly fat (and actually now, how to quickly lose that loose flab of skin that is shrinking way too slowly for my tastes)
the information you post in the comments on this blog is for the sole purpose of helping other overweight people make the same changes I did.

If you have a lot of weight to lose, you may have limits until you get a certain amount of weight off. Water exercises are easiest on the joints, where running and high impact aerobics are going to be very hard on your joints and should be avoided until you reach a safe weight.
